What exercise should I do to lose weight?

In the testimonials section of my website, you will see two success stories of happy clients who enjoy their new exercise habits and the various benefits their new lifestyle has brought to them. Both people openly admit to loving exercise and (this is my favourite bit) PRIORITISING exercise in their daily and weekly routines.
